Permanent Delegations to UNESCO ensure liaison between Governments of Member States’ and UNESCO’s Secretariat in Paris. The Permanent Delegation is the official Government representation to UNESCO in Paris with its offices in the Miollis Building of UNESCO.
Ghana’s Ambassador to France, H.E. Amb. Anna Bossman, is the country’s current Permanent Delegate to UNESCO. The Permanent Delegate is deputized by Mrs. Vivian K.A Asempapa.
