Under the overall supervision of the Assistant Director-General for Natural Sciences and the direct supervision of the Chief, Executive Office, the incumbent will develop and implement the Natural Sciences Sector’s communication strategy and be responsible for developing creative content and advancing a compelling and consistent description of action around the Natural Sciences programme. He/she will manage the production of SC reports of global scope and publications as well as website related products.,
The incumbent works within the frameworks of UNESCO’s Medium-Term Strategy (C/4s), the approved Programme and Budget (C/5) and global development plans. In particular, the incumbent will:
