The 21st KANAGAWA BIENNIAL WORLD CHILDREN ART EXHIBITION, JAPAN
Kanagawa Prefectural Government planned the Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition in 1979, the International Year of the Child.
The Exhibition has been held in Kanagawa Prefecture every other year since 1981.
The purpose of the exhibition is to nurture dream and creativity of children, who will be the bearers of the future society, to promote understanding of different cultures and lifestyles, and to further international exchanges through pictures.
Cordially invite the children and young students of your land to participate in the 21st Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Exhibition.
Some children have more opportunities to paint during the period of “Stay Home”.
We would appreciate it if you could send their talents and works to the Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition.

Is 30th Nov is last day or will you hope to extend dates. Because of Covid 19 . We will try our best to post before 30th Nov
Here In western province lock down including Colombo area
