UNESCO SENDS ITS CONDOLENCES TO THE GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE OF GHANA

UNESCO has written to Ghana to express its condolences at the passing of its former president. In a letter signed by the Assistant Director General responsible for External Relations, M. Firmin Matoko, UNESCO expressed its deepest condolences to the Government, the people of Ghana and the grieving family for the passing away of His Excellency Mr Jerry John Rawlings, Former President of the Republic of Ghana.
