The organizers of the 2nd edition of the Biennale of Luanda – Pan-African Forum for the Culture of Peace (to be held on 04-08 October 2021), is calling for young leaders’ people under the age of 35 to apply to speak on “Cultural and heritage diversity of Africa and its Diasporas: fire of conflict or breeding ground for peace? ”
The said dialogue, organized by the Angolan Government, UNESCO and the African Union Commission, with the participation of ICESCO, will see the face-to-face participation of ten (10) young people and online participation of one hundred and fifty (150) of all AU countries and 21 Diaspora countries.
The application is opened from June 30 to July 20, 2021.
The young people, who will take part in this dialogue online, will be selected on the basis of 50% young women and 50% young men, two people (a woman and a man, if possible) per country.
