CALL FOR APPLICATION
February 1st – March 24th
The Fondation L’Oréal and UNESCO launch the 14th edition
of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Young Talents –
Sub-Saharan Africa program, to support young women scientists.
In 2023, 20 endowments will be offered
for the Sub-Saharan Africa region:
Doctorate: €10 000
Post-doctorate: €15 000

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Having the nationality of a Sub-Saharan African country.
• Working in a research laboratory or institution in one of the region’s countries or being
enrolled in a doctoral programme at a University in Sub-Saharan Africa*.
• Pursuing research in the field of life and environmental sciences, physical sciences,
mathematics, computer and information sciences, engineering sciences and
technology.
