The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) – Ghana has launched a call for applications for the 2025 edition of the Girls in Mathematical Sciences Program (GMSP). This transformative initiative is designed to empower young female students across Ghana with a passion for mathematics and its applications to solve real-world problems.
About the GMSP
The GMSP is a fully funded, year-long programme aimed at nurturing the next generation of female leaders in mathematical sciences. Participants will gain exposure to advanced mathematical concepts, engage with inspiring mentors, and develop critical thinking skills that are essential for academic and professional success.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to female students currently enrolled in Senior High Schools across Ghana.
- Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest and aptitude in mathematics.
