The Government of Azerbaijan has announced the call for applications for the “Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program” for the 2025-2026 academic year. This prestigious scholarship opportunity, established by presidential decree in July 2023, offers 100 international students the chance to study at Azerbaijan’s leading universities with comprehensive financial support.
