We have the honour to inform you that the Polish National Commission and the UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology, and Engineering Education, is offering fellowships for the 2023 edition within the framework of the UNESCO/Poland Co-sponsored Fellowships Programme.
It will place 30 fellowships to promote human resource capacities in Science and Engineering. This Programme aims to undertake practical research studies, access to modern laboratories, and use high technology machines.
In this regard, UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology and Engineering will recommend some 30 candidates to pursue their studies for 6 months duration starting on 2nd October 2023 at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Poland).
There will be different fields of research or projects to be undertaken by the various candidates, and there are specific academic qualifications and age restrictions for each research field that must be met to be qualified.
If the candidate complies with the conditions and terms, she/he will have the opportunity to choose a maximum of 3 projects among the 30 proposed projects (candidates must provide the priority number of the projects)
In spite of the advertised deadline of 21TH April, 2023 we should be grateful to receive your applications typed on the attached application form in triplicate no later than 17th April, 2023.
In addition, selected candidates are required to provide letters from their employers indicating that they would be released to study during the afore-mentioned period.

With a view to promote human resource capacities in science and engineering in the developing countries and to enhance international understanding and friendship among peoples, 30 fellowships of six months duration, starting on 2nd October 2023 are offered by UNESCO, the Polish National Commission for UNESCO and the UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology, and Engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland.
Applications should be submitted by midnight (Central Europe time), 9 June 2023.

The endorsed candidates by their National Commissions should register themselves to the Fellowship e-registration system available on the page: http://www.unesco.agh.edu.pl/en/
