Preparation of a Management Plan for Ghana’s Forts and Castles

On 19th January 2020, the Ghana Commission for UNESCO joined the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Ghana Museums and Monuments Board and UNESCO Office in Accra to officially open a a four-day training workshop for the preparation of an Integrated Management Plan for the country’s Forts and Castles. This training workshop is in line with the implementation of UNESCO’s International Assistants to Ghana on the management of the Forts and Castles.
